Need to get your Tarion 30 Day, or 1 Yr reports completed?  HomeCheckups provides a full inspection and report of your new home according to the Tarion CPG guidelines and other health and safety requirements.  HomeCheckups reports all those items the builder may not have reported during your PDI and has yet to complete repairs/service/provision with a compliant report that can be uploaded to the Tarion website.
